By accessing or using Darna ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Using the Service
Darna provides listings, search and connection tools between buyers, renters, sellers and verified agents. We do not own or sell properties directly.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Listings
Sellers and agents are responsible for the accuracy of their listings. Darna reviews listings but does not guarantee completeness.
5. Fees
Browsing is free for buyers and renters. Fees may apply to sellers, developers and verified agents per separate agreements.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Syrian law, Darna is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
